Primordial Soup asks - what is essential? For everyone? We - the people - are the sum of our parts - the individual - and we are only as mighty as our newest, as clever as our simplest, as healthy and safe as our least fortunate. So must we re-design, re-structure, re-learn, re-evaluate, how to best serve our most forgotten. We are an amalgam of pioneers, innovators, cultivators, relaxers, and celebrators. We are the soup of our strife, and of our glory. A giant pot of flavours and textures, each with its own path to creation, working together in perfect harmony.
The works in this exhibition connect back to the core - the body, the universe, the natural world. There is a celebration of life, of the goodness of Earth. Femme icons reign, flora and aqua fauna bloom and spin, and all the while we are reminded of the strange, euphoric, and psychedelic. This is the 2nd Members Exhibition and the first overall in our new commercial space.
