My Favorite Heartbreak is a 2-day immersive installation from artist Mitchell Reece dedicated to martyrs of activism and social equality. MFHB pays homage to the lives of our heroes who have actively questioned America's justice system and sheds light on how society has marginalized the Black and Brown body.
PARADICE PALASE is excited to host Mitchell in our space again for a solo presentation of new work from his SVA MFA studies. MFHB is the third presentation through our Project Space Open Call initiative this year, which offers free space for exhibitions, programs, and workshops to the NYC community.
The opening reception will be held Friday March 22nd from 6-9 pm at our project space, 1263 Bushwick Ave, Ground Floor, BK. Gallery hours will be Saturday 3/23 from 1-6pm and Sunday 3/24 from 1-5:30pm.
