freelancers rejoice! you can get a second pandemic check!

We recently found this Forbes article that outlines how freelances, gig workers, and sole proprietors can bascialkly get double money from the government because of the pandemic.

The majority of Americans received the $1200 stimulus check, BUT did you know that if you are self-employed, a freelancer or primarily gig worker you can also apply through the SBA for an EIDL loan?? Just by requesting a loan you are automatically considered for the advance, a separate fund also generated from the Pandemic Unemployment Assistance Order that gives $1000 per person. It’s billed as a loan but it’s completely forgivable if used within 60 days for relief from the pandemic (Which we’ll all need it for), so essentially it’s more free money.

And the best part is you don’t even have to end up qualifying or accepting the EIDL loan!

Read the full Forbes article through the link below and they will walk you through the steps to apply and receive your additional $1000 advance!
